Niki Skene
Niki is the curator behind the Silicon Valley Inspiration Tours. Since 2012, he has taken founders, executives, and investors into the environments where new ideas actually take shape. His work focuses on understanding the underlying patterns of innovation, decision-making, and momentum. With WorldOS, he brings together the dynamics of exponential change (“exonomics”) and the idea of a new social contract — exploring how technology, systems, and society evolve together, and what it takes to position early enough to matter.
Alex Neumayer
Alex is a partner at Pioneers.io, where he works with organizations to turn innovation from a concept into a functioning system. Over more than two decades, he has operated across consulting, corporate leadership, and venture building. He has led large-scale transformation initiatives, launched new products and business models, and guided teams from early opportunity discovery through to market execution. His strength lies in translating complexity into clear direction and making sure ideas survive contact with reality.
