We live in an era of hyper-acceleration. The spring of AI in 2023 has given us a taste of what might lie ahead - and raised more questions than answers. We believe that in times where development is progressing faster than humans can comprehend (we have not learned to understand exponential growth), it is important to create a safe space for questions, like: "can you please explain this again?", or "can you please repeat this?" - or just "can I think about it for a bit?". Usual conference settings do not allow this kind of interaction with the speaker. Which is why we have designed a flipped conference: you will be the audience and we will meet the speakers for a 60min dive deep. Their talk to this intimate group is followed by an open conversation and time to dig a little deeper. You can call it a "slow conference", because we want to create a week for you in the spirit of slowing down to actually speed up - and eventually be ahead of the race in your industry.
