Individualized and interactive, the program begins with a kick-off call to align participants’ goals and backgrounds, a month prior to the tour. Our local team then curates between four to five executive-level meetings daily, featuring deep dialogues with founders, advanced manufacturing visits, and breakthrough labs. About ten days prior to the tour, the full itinerary will be set. You will also receive a detailed post-tour playbook summarizing key insights and executive notes, ensuring long-lasting impact and actionable knowledge.
