We begin in Las Vegas at CES (January 7–9), the world’s largest stage for technology and innovation. Thousands of companies arrive with new products, prototypes, announcements and promises about what comes next. It is exciting, exhausting and almost impossible to navigate well on your own.

That is why we go together. We curate a path through CES around the technologies, companies and questions that actually matter to you. We look beyond the biggest booths and loudest launches, meet people behind the products and constantly ask the question that matters most: What here is hype, what is real, and what could actually change your industry?

Then comes the part that makes this journey different.

After a day to relocate and reset, we continue in Silicon Valley (January 11–13). CES showed us thousands of possible futures. Silicon Valley gives us three days to think about them.

Expect 4–5 carefully curated conversations per day with founders, investors, researchers, technology leaders and people working on ideas and companies you may not have heard of yet. Some meetings take us inside established technology companies; others into startups, labs and places that rarely appear on a conference agenda. The program is curated around the participants, their industries, their questions and what we discover together along the way.

This is where announcements become conversations. Where you can ask again. Challenge an assumption. Understand why somebody believes a technology will matter — or why something everyone is talking about probably won’t. And where the bigger questions emerge: What does this mean for our business? How quickly could this move? What decisions should we be making now?

Before departure, you’ll join a kick-off call with the other participants: no more than 10 carefully selected peers. It gives us a chance to understand who is coming, what everyone wants to investigate and which questions should shape our week.

And because six days of input can disappear surprisingly quickly once you return to everyday business, you’ll receive a tailored playbook after the journey, capturing the essential insights and executive summaries from our conversations. Something to revisit, share with your team and, perhaps months later, discover that one seemingly small conversation turned out to matter much more than you thought.
